We take tenant selection seriously because the right tenant makes all the difference. Our screening process is extensive and includes stringent reference checks, with a focus on choosing tenants with strong rental histories and reliable payment behaviour.
We also set clear expectations from day one through tenant education, covering rent payments, inspections, by-laws, maintenance reporting, and caring for the home.

We’re based in Robina and manage investment properties across the Gold Coast.

Is property management suitable if I’m new to renting out my home?
Yes, especially if you want confidence, guidance, and a clear process. We help you get your property rent-ready, advise on presentation, and guide you through key steps like compliance and marketing.
From there, we manage the tenant selection process and keep you informed, so you always know what’s happening.
Can I change from my current agent?
Yes, changing agents is straightforward, and we can make the process as simple as one email.

How often do you inspect the property?
We complete routine inspections every 17 weeks, and you’ll receive a detailed written report with photos sent through the same day.
You’ll also receive a video after every inspection, so you can clearly see how the property is being maintained
How do you handle maintenance and repairs?
We take a proactive approach to maintenance, while keeping you fully informed.
You’ll be notified before repairs are carried out, and approval is required before spending your money.
Any issues identified are discussed with you first, and we’ll recommend the best course of action — with repairs completed in line with your instructions.
You can also track maintenance updates through your owner portal, including supplier details, bills, and images where relevant.
